Powerball's jackpot is set to rise to an estimated $168 million for the next drawing.
Winning numbers for last night's May 8 draw were: 12, 17, 20, 21, 26. The Powerball was 8 and the Power Play was X3.
No-one won the $157 million top prize on offer, according to the Powerball website.
It means the jackpot is expected to rise to $168 million (with a cash value of $117 million) for the next drawing on Thursday, May 13.
There were many smaller winners from the May 8 drawing.
Two tickets matched five numbers, without the Powerball, to win $1 million. One player matched five numbers with a X3 Power Play, with their winnings capped at $2 million.
Twenty-six tickets matched four numbers plus the Powerball to win $50,000, with an additional seven tickets doing so with a Power Play to take home $350,000.
Smaller $100 prizes were won by 562 ticket-holders, who matched four numbers without the Powerball. A further 227 tickets won $300, courtesy of a Power Play.
The Powerball jackpot was last won on March 27, when a player from Florida scooped $238 million. That winning ticket was bought at a Publix, located in Lutz.
While the jackpot continues to grow, the next drawing's $168 million grand prize still falls short of the top-10 largest ever won. The tenth highest jackpot ever was $487 million—that was won on July 30, 2016, by a player in New Hampshire.

How to play Powerball
Drawings usually take place twice a week on a Wednesday and Saturday night, at 10:59 p.m. ET. Each draw is broadcast live from the lottery studio which is located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Players select five numbers from 1 to 69, in addition to one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. Each ticket costs $2 per play.
In certain circumstances, players can also multiply non-jackpot prizes by using the Power Play option for an additional $1.
